L O S T Theory Thursday: We Need To What The Island?
May 15th, 2008 by Woody!

Oh, my. That was quite the far-out statement Locke made at the end of last week’s episode. As the rules of the island are starting to become known, we’re seeing debates about unrealistic realistic science or maybe science can do the “impossible”. But whether or not LOST physics translate to the real world isn’t something on my mind right now. It sounds like what Locke wants to do has been done before and, if that’s the case, this proves my theory: the LOST island is KooeyKooeyKooey. You know, from the old Justice League International comic series? If you don’t get that reference, sorry. Someone needs to get off their ass and make a Wikipedia entry for it. And I’m certainly not going to do the work.
Although, the biggest mystery tonight will probably be addressed in tonight’s hour-long season finale of The Office. Will Jim propose to Pam? Will Pam move away? Will Jim get fired? And what does the title mean: Goodbye, Toby.
“I would never say this to her face, but she is a wonderful person and a gifted artist.”

I nearly crapped my pants when he said we need to move the island. Is the island on wheels, is there a pulley system? How the heck is that supposed to work.
Man I love/loath lost!

The quote is from The Office.
Isn’t there supposed to be two more seasons of Lost? If people are getting off the island this season, where are they going for two more seasons?
I think that the Lost Writers and BSG writers got together to share ideas. That is the only reason I can think of as to why my favorite show, BSG, is going off on weird, unbelievable directions.
BSG writer: “No way that our watchers would believe that the final five cylons would be drawn together by a Hendrix tune…. that is crazy!!”
Lost writer: “They’ll buy it. Trust me. If we can sell a black smoke monster that kills people on Lost, people will buy any cock-a-maimey idea!”

Good Lost episode last night. Craziness that the car Hugo was given by his dad had the numbers on the dash board. I’m still a little leary about how they are going to “move the island”. Last night helped hook me again though.
